Dear Kowsic,

Yes, now it is mandatory to appear and qualify NEET exam to study overseas. The decision was made by High Court.

Dear Kowsic

According to recent updates from the Medical Council of India and the ministry of health and family welfare, people who need to study MBBS in abroad or Medical course in abroad will have to clear NEET or qualify NEET before entry into Medical colleges in abroad.

Yes now NEET is compulsory for MBBS in abroad within effect from December 2017.
