Hi, the syllabus of NEET is mainly based on NCERT syllabus. The NCERT books for Physics, Chemistry, Biology are based on the syllabus prescribed in the NCERT books mainly of Class 11 and 12. Yes ..the are almost same ....the know the exam writer is 12th pass and not doing mbbs already..if you are thoroughly studying your ncrts then you could tackle neet well.

D syllabus for both is almost same...if u are thorough with ncert 11th nd 12th class syllabus den u are almost done with ur portion.Try giving more of mock tests which will help u to answer in d finals with time management. Revise the notes u have prepared if ny.
