Is non ceamy later certificate required for getting OBC reservation for JEE mains

Yes .Its a much needed thing to get the obc reservation in jee mains .Otherwise you wont get any facility of OBC.You will be considered as GENERAL category student.So you have to get the non creamy leyar (NCL) certificate without any fail and submit it .
