NTA Score is same as percentile score. Percentile is the percentage of candidates who have scored less or equal marks than you. The marks scored in the entrance examination will be normalized because the examination is held in multiple session for this reason the marks will be normalized and the score is converted in to percentile score or NTA score. For a given mark the corresponding percentile may vary every year because the total number of candidates appeared, highest score, lowest score scored in the exam changes every year.
