There are two ranks published in NEET examinees result. First is All India Rank or AIR that is prepared on the basis of merit among all the students who have participated in NEET.

The second rank is Category rank, which is basically the rank amongst the students belonging to your category.

OBC - NCL (Non Creamy Layer) are treated as OBC only and are eligible for reservation. OBC - CL( Creamy layer) will be treated as general category candidates and are not entitled to any reservation benefits.
