THE OBC non creamy layer certificate is issued if the parents income is less than 8 lakhs per year ,as it is the certificate issued by central government .it must be updated time to time .the validity is upto 1 year from date of recieving .
Yes it is accepted by sub division magistrate ,as you mentioned,the authorities of such any one signature itself is enough . authorities are

Can i fill obc ncl central form given by neet and directly signed by sdm.( I have my state caste certificate with me in which written that I am ncl.)

Hello,
the details you mentioned about the Certificate are not acceptable, a certificate issued by central government or any competent authority is acceptable and it should be dated a year ago or sooner.

Sir I have my state caste certificate but obc ncl form given by neet has to manually filled. My fathers income less than 8 lakhs my caste name (gosain)is in central obc list. In form it is written that sdm can sign it. But i want to know that how will counsellors verify it
