Hey!There
JEE MAINS is just an elligibility criteria for JEE ADVANCE.You will have to qualify Jee mains from respective category you belong in order to be an elligible for JEE ADVANCE.You can have seat in IITs only through valid JEE ADVANCE score card.JEE ADVANCE will.be conducted on 17th may by IIT DELHI

No you must appear in JEE Advanced and qualify for booking of your seat in IIT
