The Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) branch in PSIT, Kanpur was established in 2004.

The Electronics Department in PSIT is well equipped with well maintained Laboratories will all the required equipments to help students to give practical knowledge to the students along with theoretical knowledge.

There are various well equipped Laboratories for various feilds such as Power Transmission and Distribution, Electrical Power Utilization, Modern Control Theory, Electrical CAD, High Voltage Engineering, Circuits, Machines, Drives etc.

The institute also sends students to various companies and industries for the industrial Visit to get the live impact of the real-time work. The college also organizes various workshops and training from various reputed companise such as BHEL, NTPC etc.within the campus.

The faculties of Electronics and communication engineering are highly qualified from IIT'S and NIT'S and are very friendly to students.

The campus is fully Wi-fi enabled to helps students to get knowledge from the internet as well.
