Hii Mayank yes punjab University Patiala is a good University for MBA program in environment study because it is one of the old well known and NAAC's (A) accredited college,so it will be good for you to join the college as the faculty is supportive and the college exposure is good too,so good luck

Admission process is merit based like your score in graduation should be above 50% and after clearing the merit there will be interview and group discussion too for admission because total number of seats are30.
