 Training and Placement cell at Raghu Engineering College provides personal and career oriented support to its students. The main aim of this cell is to create career opportunities for promising REC students in reputed companies to meet the aspirations of all stake holders.

REC Placement cell had a humble beginning in the year 2005 and grown from strength to strength. At present it has an exclusive infrastructure facility consists of 2 AC Seminar halls. 15 AC interview rooms, 20 MBPS speed internet facility to conduct various online examinations, exclusive rooms for Group Discussions and a self sufficient kitchen to serve delicious food to the visitor.

IT companies like INFOSYS, TCS, TECH Mahindra etc.,are coming for hiring from our campus.The average salary figure is Rs 3.25 lacs per annum, The highest salary figure is Rs 5 lacs per annum and 50% percentage of  a batch is getting placed.
Mostly IT, CORE, Construction companies were always ready to take us. For IT's it would be around 3Lpa to 9Lpa and for mechanicals & civil's 2.4lpa to 4.5lpa.
