Is 60% marks required for admission if i m from other state and i m obc candidate

I stress upon the face that Jadavpur University does not have any reservations for a state basis. Although it has community reservations. The cut off varies each year and is dependent on the course that you are opting for. 60% may be enough in one department whereas other department may require a cut off of 70% from the same category.

I want to take admission for b.tech in any branch and my marks are 60 , 61 and 47 in physics,maths and chemistry will they give admission to me if i secure good rank in WBJEE
