The top companies visiting here are Texas Instruments, Caterpillar, Siemens, ABB, HCL, and a lot of other companies in the stream of IT, Textile, Fashion Tech etc & top MNC's are aslo in list.

PSG has a long legacy but SASTRA grew rapidly to become one of the top institutions of the state. Placements wise, PSG and SASTRA are equally good institutions. The average package for SASTRA is usually 4-4.5 lpa, but the core placements are better in PSG Tech. For ECE or CSE, I would recommend SASTRA. For Mechanical Engg, I would recommend PSG Tech.
