The three terms used by you are different. School leaving certificate is provided by the school authority as a proof that you have studied from there school and now are going to leave the school for higher studies some where else. For the higher studies you will need to submit your SLC in original in the college you are going to take admission in. Provisional certificate is given by BOARD or university as a proof that you are completed the coarse under them. It is given for use untill the original certificates are given.Study certificate is like Bonafied certificate which shows that you are persuing a coarse under them. Bonafied certificate is given if you are currently involved in the coarse .
