Is SOIL institute of management worth joining as a backup option for Marketing specialization? As I have been waitlisted in NMIMS hyderabad and Business Analytics as I have already dropped one year because of MBA and even have a job now so should I attempt one more time or get enrolled in SOIL ?

SOIL does not offer MBA ... It has PGDM courses..
If you want to PGDM then go for SOIL otherwise go for NMIMS..
