Having all the concepts cleared and solving plenty of questions is necessary for cracking JEE exam. HC Verma is one of the best books for JEE Physics. Solving it along with Irodov is a good strategy. Solve enough previous years and take mock tests as well and you're ready for JEE Physics. Keep in mind that JEE Advanced has a bit of combining several concepts in a single question. So practicing such questions is mandatory.
