good morning

Hope you are absolutely fine, as per your query It is not true that for admission in top Government medical colleges you have to score 60%+, it is a myth only, you do not need to worry, In most top medical college like AIIMS Delhi eligibility criteria is  that you must have scored minimum marks of 50% from a science stream in class 12 from any recognised board. and. in AFMC Pune, eligibility criteria is that you must have passed 10+2 with minimum 50% marks in English , minimum 60% aggregate marks in Physics , Chemistry and Biology together and minimum 50% marks in each of the Science subject.

so, In most of top medical institute minimum 50% is required to get admission in MBBS course. i suggest you to please check eligibility criteria of that college you want to take admission, and focus on your NEET score, score minimum 600+ marks and you will get your dream college definitely.
