It doesn't have complex grammar rules like German & french have. It has comparatively easy rules which can be easily learnt by a beginner too. It is widely spoken. It is the official language of many countries , making it one of the most important language. You need to immerse yourself in the language in order to excel in it , you need to be utmost dedicated. Mere studying it regularly won't help. Try to speak the new language. Try watching movies of the language and also try writing and reading in Spanish. It is a great option as these days foreign languages act as the cherry on the cake!
