Depends upon how you utilize those four years. Engineering is a long and tiring course because you will be surrounded by tests, assignments, projects and just when you thought you are relaxed. BOOM! End sem right at the corner. Electronics can be considered one of the safest branches from the pool of three you mentioned. Projects, assignments, classroom and lab teachings are more than sufficient for you to practice in the real world. It is definitely worth to give a shot. One of my senior from school graduated in Integrated Course and he had Electronics and was later hired by TCA. So yes, there is always a scope
