The level of UPSEE is not fix. It varies year by year,when I gave UPSEE in 2013,the questions were just formula based but when I gave in 2014 the level of questions were quite tough(tough than JEE-MAINS 2014),it depends on the no.of candidates applied for the exam.

Though, UPSEE aspirants will always be in advantage because there is no negative marking in UPSEE.

UPSEE is a state level undergraduate engineering entrance exam. The entrance test is conducted  for admission to around 1.50 lakh seats including around 4,000 government college seats

You can appear in UPSEE entrance exam to take admission in engineering colleges in UP. It is good to have options so that you can take admission in good college to have good teaching and placements.
