List of documents required for NEET-UG:

• The candidate has to bring their original documents (along with attested photocopies of certificates) for admission in MBBS BDS course.
• Call letter/Hall ticket/ admit card of NEET-UG exam provided by CBSE.
• Date of birth certificate (if metric certificate does not bear the same)
• Result/ Rank letter issued by CBSE.
• Class 10th certificate (for date of birth)
• Class 10+2 certificate
• Class 10+2 marks sheet
• Eight passport size photograph same as affixed on the application form
• Provisional allotment letter generated on-line
• Proof of identity

DOCUMENT REQUIRED FOR AIIMS COUNSELLING
The prospectus of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) states that those called for counselling have to report with the following documents/certificates in original:

• Admit card
• Call letter issued by AIIMS, New Delhi
• Proof of date of birth certificate/mark sheet from the board from which the candidate passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination.
• Migration certificate from the University/board last attended
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• Current passport size photograph (front pose) 6 copies.
• One set of self attested copies of all the certificates
