In order to get admission in medical colleges your NEET rank will be considered.

You need to fulfill the minimum percentage required in 12th class i.e 50% aggregate in P/C/B.

Good Luck!!

So if we get above 90% in boards and very good ranking in NEET, is there a possibility to get a medical seat in a good college ?

There is no weightage of 12th class in NEET exam only you have to complete minimum eligibility criteria i.e aggregate 50% in P/C/B.

To get a good college you have to secure a good rank. Try to score more then 600 marks in NEET exam to get top colleges in 15% quota.
