excluding this question my marks will be 67

If you want you can try in private colleges. You can get admission in private colleges of Haryana, UP, WB, Punjab, Rajasthan and Maharashtra.

You can take a drop if you are determined to get a seat in NITs or IITs otherwise you can take admission in private colleges.
