If you have paid 10000 as the security amount to to neet counselling organisation of madhya pradesh then it will be refundable after  completion of the neet counselling of madhya pradesh. 

You can get it back by submitting your application it will be  available on online site of madhya pradesh counselling  of neet  site.

Dear Richa, lets say if you have been allotted a college in Round 2 but you do not want to join the college, ypu can surrender the seat by forfeiting the security deposit. But if you haven't been allotted any seat, the amount will be refunded after all rounds of counsellung are completed. The amount will be transferred to the same account ot was initially made from.

The fees that you pay for registration for fistf and second round counseling it's non refundable while the fees you pay which is 20,000 for the management quota seats , that's refundable. I hope this was helpful.  And this is not refundable you are talking about .
