Hello dear,

NEET just has replaced the name for AIPMT but the syllabus, Eligibility criteria, pattern of question paper etc.  Are the same as AIPMT.

Hi Charu Sharma,

Actually, AIPMT is replaced by NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) recently. NEET is now a National level of exam and is common everywhere in India. No state and university can conduct a separate entrance exam for admission to MBBS and BDS courses.

The syllabus is same as that of AIPMT. Only the states participation is increased leading to an incresing in number of aspirants due to a single entrance exam.

Hope this answer Helps,

All the Best

Hello Charu,

No, according to the official NEET website, there is no difference between the syllabus of NEET and AIPMT.
