Hello,

There is no information regarding the eligibility to be continued to next year too. IIT Bombay has announced the relaxation in GATE 2021 eligibility criteria due to covid-19 situation. As per the announcement, candidates in their pre-final year of undergraduate degree will also be eligible for GATE 2021. There is no information regarding the eligibility for GATE 2022. It may or may not be followed. Please click the below link for the GATE 2021 eligibility criteria.
