Is the SC maximum score 73 in jee 2018 ? As per the site says Max 73 min 29 ?

according to last years (2018) cutoff for JEE for sc candidate yes as you said minimum marks was 29 and maximum marks was 73 marks . you can check out this link to get the details of neet cutoff trend over the years.
