There is no separate reservation for Ex-Servicemen or Defence Quota under All India Counselling. The State Counselling has separate reservation for Ex-Servicemen. It is usually 1-5% depending on the State. And there is no separate cut offs. You have to select this option during State Counselling and you will be allotted a seat based on merit and preference.
