Is there a service bond to be given if you join SFMC for PG?

Hi Vishwanatha,

Yes, you have to sign service bond, 14 years for Short Service Commission and 20 years for Permanent commission. The exit bond money has increased from 28 lakhs to 2 crores in the year 2018 for PG graduates as number of cadets leaving the organisation after the training has increased.
