Yes there should be a clock available in every room during the NEET examination as per CBSE rules, But you know that we are in India, here everything cannot be perfect. But the teachers are so ind and cooperative and they will definitely inform you the time every 15 minutes and inform you when you ask. But in most cases there will be a clock.
So dont worry of anything external, conecentrate on your preparation and crack it.
