After introduction of Neet all the state level exams and the exams for deemed universities are not conducted but still there are 2 more exams other than this .
U need to fill the forms of aiims exam and jipmer exam.
And also fill counselling form for your domicile state.

You can apply for AIIMS & JIPMER Entrance Exam Other than NEET. AIIMS basic application form is expected to release from 30th NOVEMBER, 2019. You can check the further information with given below link.

There are Many Entrance exams and NEET is one of them and It is recognised by most of the Institutes across the countries, Apart from neet You can appear for AIIMS entrance exams if You are Interested in AIIMS so Depending Upon Your choices You may need to appear for Certain specific exams But NEET is widely accepted and covers Most of the colleges So  few other exams You should Not forget to apply for this exam.

Admission in all the medical colleges in India for the course of MBBS is done through NEET except for AIIMS institutes and JIPMER. So in total there are 3 entrances examinations-

NEET- for all medical colleges whether Government, private or deemed uni

AIIMS- For all AIIMS campuses 

JIPMER- For JIPMER Puducherry and Karaikal campus.
