See ISC/ICSE students have lingual advantages i.e., the curriculum endorse them to have a good speaking and writing skills in English as well as a good etiquette and discipline. These are the fundamental skills a student must have and the panelists highly prefer this skills. So yeah! compared to state boards the students of ICSE/ISC get this advantage but the student have to compete with the others not only through linguistic but through intelligence and knowledge. So yeah! its a bit advantageous but its not like that after passing ISC/ICSE one will be awarded a job without any examinations.

Now if you want you can made your student to seat for government examinations for jobs like CHSL etc , but he/she have to compete in different level and only ISC/ICSE will not help.
