CBSE has stopped giving bonus marks. So there is a feeble possibility that they'll provide bonus marks. Also they don't provide bonus until students create a rift. If a bonus is provided, it'll be for all. Irrespective of whether you've attempted the question or not.

Well for JEE Main 2018, they should provide bonus marks or lower the cutoff. There were errors in the paper. Two options were correct in one of the chemistry question. Exact minimum weight in options of Pully-Block question wasn't given (that's why I didn't mark it (-_-)). Maybe this was just to check how clearly we think under pressure. They introduce such tricky options in Jee Advanced but this isn't a characteristic of Mains. Also there was a question from thermodynamics where you were supposed to put the proper value of (2)^(2/3) to get the exact temperature since options were hovering very closely 192K and 189K.

Other than errors. Paper was unbalanced. Chemistry was all about inorganic. 3 questions from Ionic Equilibrium. No question from Geometrical optics. Seems like the committee members who set the paper were high. The paper was simply not upto the JEE tag.

Also some people are claiming that around 78 questions were copied from Grand Finale 2016 paper of Narayana Coaching Institute. Though CBSE has denied this claim and they've filed an FIR against the website (that circulated this news) as well.

CBSE should look into this.
