Dear student,
The tution fee waiver seats, i.e the tfw seats are very less in number and tend to fill up very fast during the counselling. However if you did not get any tfw seat in round one, still there are chances that you might get a tfw seat in round two if any candidate gives up his/her seat because he does not want the seat anymore. The chances are very low, although you can just pray for the best to happen.
