Do specify the reason for losing Manipal University ? Is it due to cut off rank issue or anything else?

You could apply for Spot round that is scheduled on 30th July.

Sir may I know the procedure to apply for it.Though I got 5200 rank I was unable to payRs.10000 for registration.
