With General rank, its not possible as the cutoff for General category for CSE ends somewhere 3.7K. and as far as in your category, you are at the bridge! you might get and you might not.

To be precise the cutoff for SC goes somewhat around 5.5-5.7K as per the last few years' trends.

So, In my opinion, wait for the counselling and attend all the rounds of counselling, all the three rounds and you might ry for the spot round too! may be you will get and may be you will not.

But if we conclude strictly on the basis of previous year's cutoff then chances are slim as you are at the bridge and you might miss by some 300-500 ranks in your category.
