The only difference that should one be bothered about is whether the college is registered or permitted. Or else, the everything remains the same. A Medical Deemed University means a sort of upgrade for an Institution. When an Institution actually attains a University level approval, it is called Deemed University. But a Private Medical College hasnt been given that status yet. This upgrade and approval comes from UGC. Apart from this, everything else remains the same.
