Yes. For most of media/dental college, NEET exam should be cracked. But if you want to go to famous college like AIIMS and JIPMER, then you must give their perticular exams.

All India Institute of Medical sciences will be conducting their exam on MAY 27TH 2018 and online registration starts from february 2018. it is a single gate way for admission across all AIIMS in country. the pattern will be as follows

BIOLOGY -60 QUESTIONS

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE AND CURRENT AFFAIRS-20 QUESTIONS

Each incorrect response will be given - 13 (minus-one-third) marks.
No marks will be given for the questions not answered or marked for review.
JIPMER
Total number of questions:JIPMER MBBS 2017 online question paper consisted of 200 multiple choice questions from Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English Comprehension and Logic and Quantitative Reasoning.
Marking Scheme:For each correct answer, candidates would score 4 marks. However, no marks were deducted for incorrect answer. Further, no marks were allotted for any unmarked response.

Yes, there are two more exam for MBBS, i.e., AIIMS and JIPMER.

Some basic info about NEET

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test is a medical examination for admissions to MBBS/ BDS courses after class 12. NEET is conducted under the guidance of CBSE. Nearly, 12 lakh candidates compete for approximately 56,000 seats for medical and dental programs.

Hello Rubiya Patel, 

Hope you are doing good. 

Yes there are exams other than NEET.

There are just 2 exams other than NEET which are 

  • AIIMS that is 'All India Institute of Medical Sciences'
  • JIPMER that is 'Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research'

These two exams are the only exams that are  being conducted for MBBS and BDS other than NEET.

Hello Rubiya,

NEET is an all Indian entrance test, which includes all colleges and universities in India. There are some institude which have their own exams.

These would be AIIMS, JIPMER.

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi, will conduct the entrance exam ofAIIMS MBBSon May 27, 2018. Aspirants interested in appearing for the AIIMS MBBS 2018 entrance exam will be able to apply for 707 seats across seven different AIIMS institutions. AIIMS New Delhi will offer 107 seats, while the other AIIMS institutions located in Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Jodhpur, Patna, Raipur and Rishikesh will each offer 100 seats. The entrance exam of AIIMS MBBS 2018 will be held in online mode, as a Computer Based Test (CBT) in two slots  morning and evening. Both slots of the exam will take place for a duration of 3 hours and 30 minutes and the AIIMS MBBS 2018 candidates will have to appear as per the slot allotted to them. Along with NEET and JIPMER, AIIMS MBBS is one among Indias three medical entrance exams at the undergraduate level. It is highly competitive, with more than 1.5 lakh candidates expected to apply. The AIIMS MBBS 2018 result will be declared for these candidates on June 12, around two weeks after the exam is conducted. Counselling for these candidates will be conducted in the months of July, August and September, 2018.

Hii, Apart  from  NEET  there  is two entrance exam for Qualifying  in MBBS /BDS-
     One is AIIMS and second  is JIPMER.
