You haven't specified any specific Institution so I assume you mean regular BA offered by most Institutions/universities in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

There are no entrance exams for BA in most Universities. However, certain Universities may conduct their own University level tests, the merit of which is considered in combination with a candidate's marks in their 10+2 qualifying examination.

The reservation of seats varies between different colleges. Depending on your caste, Economics status, religion (some Institutes), you might find reservations in the colleges you opt for. As for region wise reservation, 85% seats in Andhra Pradesh based Institutions are reserved for local students.
