There are no government colleges in Odisha that specialize exclusively in photography. However, several private institutions offer courses in photography and related fields. Notable among these are the Naxatra Institute of Media Studies and XIM University in Bhubaneswar. These institutions provide comprehensive programs in media and communication, which include photography as a part of their curriculum.
