What I am talking here is not the case of BITSAT only but all exams. Once application fee is received, the authorities won't refund it in any case. And such things are always stated clearly in the instructions and/or FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions). So whether you attended or not; you have applied, done the payment also so refunding won't occur.
Candidates can download BITSAT 5 year's question papers to boost their preparation.
