Dear Poorna, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, what might sound like a difference of 2 marks might actually go way different in terms of ranks. With approximately 7 lakh students qualifying in NEET, a difference of 2 marks can actually bring a difference od thousands in ranks. Because there is Category Criteria that plays a role and also different tie break situations are considered as well. And Osmania is the top Medical College in Telangana making it a dream college for every local Medical aspirant. There are few vacant seats after Round 2 in Osmania Medical College but again they are for different Categories.
