Srikanth, unfortunately you have been late by almost 21 days. The Correction window for JEE Mains has been closed by October 20th. But if you uploaded the image on November 21st, unfortunately it is too late. The chances of you getting your admit card will be less to be honest. This is because the image uploaded was incorrect and had to be changed.. If it remains unchanged then the application will be rejected. You may have to appear for April session.

Since you have uploaded your signature again you will surely get the admit card. If the Format of signature is wrong ,that you have uploaded than their will be issue if not than chill .
