there are only two rounds of CSAB  special round counselling and if you haven't got a seat in any of the rounds of CSAB  counselling then sorry you do not have any chances of getting a seat in the further procedure you can apply for the fees refund process by logging on to the official website of CSAB special round you can get your money refunded after a deduction fee within 6-7 months.
