Is there any proforma to be given in neet 2020 exam since I didn't find any proforma after downloading my admit card ?

i think proforma is not needed as the information bulletin is not updated......it the same (carbon copy)  as 2019 neet information bulletin. take only what the hall ticket instructions say.

Hello,
No such performa has come regarding NEET 2020 exam.
The admit card and guidelines were the last to be released.
You need to follow the COVID19 guidelines and carry the admit with you in the exam centre.
