From the last two years India government introduced this scheme to improve girls education.in each and every nit and iits they improved the reservation category regarding girls and it is of 14% .so,kindly go through the particular iit site links for cutoff ranks

according to government of india rules and latest notification 14% of seat is reserve for female candidates.
it is mostly done to have more gender parity in iits and including other reputed engineering institutes.
