In all India councelling oec category do not have any reserved seats,while in state councelling it is applicable for eligible students.So it definitely have reservation in state level councelling.

OEC category comes under state level reservation and not at All India level,so depending upon your councelling you can opt for that.

OEC is a Category that stands for Other Eligible Communities. And this is seen in the State of Kerala. These are the Communities that have been recommended to be added to the State SC and ST list. That is why they are Categorised into OEC (SC) and OEC (ST). Because this is a State level reservation, you will not have OEC reservation benefits at All India Counselling. But at State level, you will be eligible for SC or ST Category based on whether you belong to OEC SC or OEC ST. It is 15% reservation for SC and 7.5% reservation for ST. The same applies for OEC SC and OEC ST.
