Dear Kunwar, all Government Medical Colleges follow the rural bond structure of the respective State Government. To comply with the NMC Bill, The State Government of Uttar Pradesh has issued a rural bond rules which states that every MBBS student who has passed out from Government Medical College shall serve the rural area for a period of 2 years and sign a bond of 10 lakhs. But Era Medical College is a Private Medical College. The rural bond structure doesnt apply to Private Medical Colleges.
