Master of Technology In nanotechnology is a 2-year post-graduate program provided for specialization in nanotechnology. Any candidate with an undergraduate degree in engineering or technology can apply for this course. Admission into this course can be obtained by appearing for entrance exam like GATE. A number of reputed institutes such as IITs, NITs and VIT provide this two year program. Average fee of the course is INR 1,50,000/ annum.
