For now there is no such official announcement by aiims have been given that there will be a common entrance for students who separately appear in aiims . So neet and aiims will be conducted separately. As aiims itself a different institution and have a legacy to carry forward. I hope this was helpful

There is no common entrance exam for aiims and neet in 2019.

There is two different entrance exam for neet and aiims. Aiims exam is tougher than neet. 

And aiims has less seat as compare to neet. 

Aiims has 1207 seats and neet has 65000 seats.

NEET is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses in Indian Medical/Dental Colleges run with the approval of Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India under the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India except for the institutions established through an Act of Parliament i.e. AIIMS and JIPMER Puducherry.
Admission to AIIMS is not through NEET. AIIMS conduct its separate entrance exam every year for admission to 15 functional AIIMS institutes having 1205 MBBS seats; additionally, there are 7 extra seats for foreign national at AIIMS, New Delhi. This year AIIMS entrance exam was conducted on May 25 and 26, for admission to undergraduate medical seats offered by 15 AIIMS institutes.
JIPMER is another such institute which conducts its own entrance test for admission to UG and PG courses.
