With an aim of educating a number of girl children, the quota for women was introduced initially. Most of the institutes offer this quota and a women candidate seeking admission can apply under all India quota and also gender quota. In general 5% of reservation is kept hold for women candidates and in addition to that, if the women candidate is a PWD, she gets an additional 3% reservation of seats.
A female applicant can apply under All India Level or Women Quota System since maximum of the institutions reserve 5% seats for woman.
